Buying and Selling

Banner Title company handles the settlements for all River Place unit sales, and RivStar LLC is the transfer agent for all River Place units.

 

• Resale Documents - Sellers must obtain a resale package from the Management Office at a cost of $300 by check or money order and with the ratified contract. There is a Resale Package / Transfer Agreement that must be submitted along with your check or money order to the Management Office. Once we receive your payment and this application, there is a window of 5 business days that you must wait to receive your prepared resale package. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY. Parking resale documents are available from the River Place Owners Association Office.

The bulletin boards in the laundry and mail rooms may be used for this purpose.
