June Board Meeting Details

The June Board meeting will be held in the community room located in the Lobby next to the elevators on June 26th, 2024. All shareholders are welcome to attend these board meetings. If you are unable to attend in person, the Zoom link is posted below as well as the passcode needed to enter the meeting.

Convector/AC Updates:

HI RPW! We are now in cooling season please see below the required thermostat settings for your HVAC unit to operate air conditioning properly:

System - Air Conditioning/Cooling

- Activate the cool setting via the system button on the thermostat. Once the cool setting is blinking the selected setting is confirmed.

Fan - Auto

-Activate the auto function via the fan button on the thermostat. Once blinking this selection is confirmed.

Speed & Temperature - By Preference

-Select your preferred speed via the speed button on the thermostat and preferred in unit temperature by using the arrows on the thermostat.

If you happen to burn your food DO NOT OPEN YOUR APARTMENT ENTRY DOOR. Open your apartment windows instead to activate the fresh air vents.

Arlington County issues fines if fire personnel are dispatched for false alarms. Fines start at $100.00 and increase each time personnel arrive to find a false alarm.

ARE YOU REGISTERED?

ALL River Place tenants are required to register annually and upon lease renewal. Please check your registration status by seeing the expiration date on your current RPW ID. Register with RPW today! Registrations and renewals are managed by the concierge desk.

REMINDER: The BLUE RECYCLING BINS are located on the 1st floor Loading Dock. DO NOT PLACE MATTRESSES, HEADBOARDS, COUCHES/SOFAS, OVENS OR BIG SCREEN TV's on the Loading Dock.

VIOLATORS WILL BE FINED.
