Registration and ID Cards
All Residents are required to register annually with River Place West. The RPW ID will allow access to River Place amenities, including the gym, swimming pool, building access and usage of the loading dock and freight elevator during moves or special deliveries.
TO REGISTER, PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING TO THE CONCIERGE :

All Occupants must be on the Lease to receive RPW ID card. ID cards are required for access to the River Place Gym and Pool.

River Place West Housing Corp. Lease Addendum (signed by resident(s) and landlord)

If you are an shareholder/owner you must also bring your HUD1.

Move-ins and move outs are scheduled for Monday-Saturdays. No exceptions for Sundays and holidays.
WE ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ACCEPT CASH! IF YOU ARE ASKED FOR CASH, PLEASE REPORT TO THE OFFICE IMMEDIATELY.
In addition to your RPW ID card, a copy of the River Place West Rules and Regulations will be emailed after registration.

RPW ID Card Annual Renewal - Your ID card is valid for up to 1 year or 12 months. Renewals are currently $20. Again, money orders and checks ONLY.

RPW Information Form - Your tenant is required to register with the building. Registrations are performed at the Concierge Desk. Shareholders/Landlords will be billed a $50 "Failure to Register" Fine if this does not occur. Please visit the Residents section for more information on the registration process.

RPW Rules & Regulations - Your tenant will be provided a copy of the Rules and Regulations upon registration.

RPW Lease Addendum Leases on RPW units are required to include the River Place West Lease Addendum. This addendum must accompany a signed lease upon resident registration with the Management Office in order for the resident to receive access to the gym/pool, and package pickup at the front desk.

Hand truck authorization form - For hand truck rental.

Resident Renewal - Tenants must renew their registrations if their lease agreement extends.

Front Gate Access/Registration - Shareholders and tenants must complete these forms for the Parking Office in order to receive front gate access. Complete each form as necessary, for parking space owners or non-parking space owners.
