Storage

  • Bicycle Room - Please email the management office to register your bicycle to store in the Bicycle Room for $50.00 annually. Items are stored at your own risk. 

  • Storage Closets - About two individual storage closets exist on each floor, Storage closets are available for residents or shareholders to rent at a monthly rate. Please email the management office to rent an available closet, or to sign up on a waiting list for an occupied space. Items are stored at your own risk.  

  • Storage Bins - The storage room on the first floor contains wood- framed 

       and chicken-wired storage bins. Storage bins rent for $100.00 annually and 

      are leased to River Place West residents only. Please email us-

       gmgr@riverplacewest.com to register for a storage bin. Items are stored at

       your own risk.
