ANNUAL MEETING

·        To all owners this years Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday  March 28, 2012 Registration will begin promptly at 5:00 p.m. in the lobby. Official Election results are below at the bottom of the page.

MAINTENANCE REQUESTS

·        All maintenance requests must be made by owners or by tenants who have called the owners prior to making any requests. The management office needs the owner to call and authorize work to be done in their units.

 

 

PEST MANAGEMENT

·        Triple S Pest Services offers extermination services to our residents every Wednesday. If you would like to have the exterminator to visit your unit please contact the Management Office to be placed on a list.

 

 

MOVING IN AND OUT

·        Please remember that when moving in and out of River Place West that you please see the concierge to fill out the proper forms and to lock the service elevator down. There is a $100 check deposit that is returned at the end of the moving process.
